Of course I can try and explain. In the episode, Sam and Dean get transported to the "real" world, onto the filming set of SPN.
The actors are portrayed in a really over-the-top fashion, like supposedly Jensen and Jared don't speak to eachother, Misha is a dweeb who ignores all the assistants and spends most of his time tweeting.
I don't know if you have a twitter, but Misha has a huge twitter following and they just tried to play it up for comedy reasons. Whenever anything happened in the ep, Misha would tweet about it.
Hope this makes a little sense! It's a funny episode, you should watch it if you haven't already! And thank you <3
